Intuitive Running
A doorway to the wilderness--without and within
Leave your habitual world behind and join Wilderness Guides Sarah Moore and Marcus 'Adjul' Gardner in winding your own path. Discover your hidden abilities: to crawl, jump, climb, and use parts of yourself that are hungry to be stretched. Intuitive running is about attuning to our bodies and melding with our environment. Not just a great workout, intuitive running is an active meditation on what it is to be a human moving through this world with conscious presence.
